T.B.M.D: Arieanná’s Legend – Book 1

Werewolves… GTFOH…

Arieannas Legend

Werewolves… GTFOH!

At least that’s what Arieanná Funetes thought; despite what her 7th graders said.

Arieanná needed no added drama to her life, for the first time in years she was happy, where she needed to be; and wasn’t even bothered at the fact that she was single. Life for Arie was simple, uncomplicated, and chill…just how she liked it!

That’s until Arie met Scottish hottie Auron Crantham!

Sent by an underground sect, Auron is there to protect the descendant of Ast, whether Arieanná knows that or not. Auron’s number one objective is to keep the volume of Ast’s ancient magick hidden at all costs, even though it might cause his death.

Exiled nearly two centuries ago from his Foretag for insubordination and murder, Auron knows if Jimmy Mann gets his hands on that book all hell will break loose for both humans and supernaturals alike, and the attraction he feels for the hot 7th-grade teacher, he’ll never get to suss out…

I actually though this book was really really good! The main female character is kick ass! But what I love most about this book, is that it featured an educated “Woman of Color,” not some private dick, police officer, stripper, or what have you, but a teacher! I also really dug the accents of the wolves and vamps, learned some new myths, and British slang. I was laughing hysterically at the Puerto Rican cousin Danni, and the Spanglish! You guys should def read this book. I just started the series. The first book is wicked. I also loved the romance between Auron & Arieanna.

I could hardly put this book down, it literally grabs you right from the start and sucks you in. I enjoyed how the author blended different fantasy elements such as vampires and werewolf, along with the different time periods. My favorite part was when a certain female antagonist got what was coming to her. Overall this was a great read and I look forward to reading more

This was a great introduction into this paranormal series. We don’t just get introduced to werewolves and vampires but warlocks and demons and Gods…oh my!!! LOL. With how many near death occurrences that Arieanna has nearly come into, it’s amazing as to how powerful she is. Upon meeting her protector Auron who’s a werewolf her life is thrown completely upside down. Read on you will not be disappointed.
