This was what I wanted from the beginning of the Ashstrike Sanctorum series. I found that Kimberly M. Ringer has a great writing style that works really well in a shifter series. It left me excited to read the next book in the series.

Jade is so sassy and petty its *chiefs kiss* my favorite book heroine in a long time. This book was SUCH a good read, a break from the standard paranormal romances… there is now something higher on the food chain than the pissed off werewolf and she’s got a temper.
