Stellas Diner

Lucy Swisher’s life has always been decided for her and her inner anxiety-ridden perfectionist is just fine with it. When her first adult decision leads to a job from hell, she prays for divine intervention to release her from her misery.

Saved by an offer to work at Stella’s Diner, Lucy feels like she’s stepped into Heaven. Her anxiety quickly fades, and her confidence blossoms under Stella’s compassionate guidance.

Everything is going well until Lucy pursues a new opportunity outside the diner and she realizes one choice will change her life forever.

In a world filled with mayhem, madness, sorrow, and sadness, reading this story is like being lifted on angels wings, carried far above our human circumstances. It’s a breath of fresh air that gives life to the soul and reminds us what really matters. This story is why I read fiction. To escape the physical world, find renewal for my spirit, and restore my hope.

If you are looking for a book that is too good to be true in comparison to the real world, this one will give you escape you need. It’s full of kindness, compassion, and love. Even the hardships that occur are lightened to keep the flow with the storyline. It is an incredible story that I took my time reading because I didn’t want the softness to end!

Stella’s Diner is a unique kind of reading experience that is perfect for those looking for something lighter and ‘cleaner’ and reminds me a bit of Debbie Macomber’s work where for the most part, life is good. I could even imagine this story as a Hallmark movie since there is a simplicity that is evident right from the start and the characters are quite lovely no matter what is thrown at them.
